My basic assumption is that people have the resources they need to handle their crises and conflicts. Often however we've learned to put strong emotions aside, repress them or maybe ignore them as much as possible. In certain situations, our familiar strategies don't work anymore and we are at a loss. We feel insecure, stressed, in pain.

Dis-covering process

What we need then is

 

  • a space that catches and cushions these emotional knots and boxes;
  • help to discover and experience our own resources;
  • encouragement to walk on new, unknown paths.

 

I offer such support. I provide safety, acceptance, warmth as well as structure, a friendly mirror, honest feedback.

 

Your topic gives you an opportunity to get to know yourself better.

For one, for two, for groups

I provide support for individuals, for people in relationships (couples, lovers, friends, colleagues...) and for groups of different kinds. I accompany your processes and support you to discover doorways and paths when everything seems stuck.
